It is in the public interest for me to write this review. (A Class Action, Perhaps!! You’re welcome to share your experience!)
1. Untrustworthy – Abusing of Power
2. Fraud – Failure of declaring insurance commission & lodge false insurance claims under the Owners strata policy
3. Displaying incompetence – Neglected & Misrepresented the Owners at all levels
4. Making false promises – Over promising & delivering at all times
5. Ignoring Feedback & Not listening – Ignoring the strata administrator performance problems (Refusing to Admit Mistakes)
6. Not Being Available – Strata Manager avoids tough conversation. One of the frequently used excuses is “I’m On holiday.”
7. Lack Of Empathy – Has No shame, rather focused on blame than solutions and support.
8. Play favorites – Christopher Whelan, the managing director Failure to provide quality services, preferably breeding bullies & hiring bad contractors to do the dirty work
9. Christopher Whelan failure of provision staffing caused serious harm to the owner’s corporation

Hi readers,
Do yourself a favor and avoid Whelan property on all levels. Don’t ever employ these people.
They will never send bills on time ( they send invoices every two months with no quarterly dates.
Or they’ll send you bills every two months, charge you interest, and tell you that the account you paid six months ago was not paid.
These types of people will wheel you in on an annual meetings day to hopefully spy on how much more they can squeeze out of your drained pockets because you are too busy to check dates on your strata bills and unaware that they’ve already cleaned you out. Oh, then you wonder Where all your precious money went.
They will charge you interest on every fee and tell you you’re late on bills when you are too early. Then before you know it, they’ve set you more suitable, and now your account has doubled.
I’m surprised they’re still operating as a business. They are A bunch of bananas; if you work for these people, you’re another banana. In life, one must know which team to bat for. It’s time to wake up and do our best to eradicate the people that steal our livelihood, time, and peace of mind.
I’m living proof.
It took me years to wake up; now it’s time to be free. Do not give these people the time of day.
