Horrid Customer ServiceWestern Union’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen!
Now I realize that these people are stupid.
Two months ago, someone flagged mom and me for no reason whatsoever.
She used the service to send me money.
She had to return the amount she sent in the first place.
They had to investigate the red flag and ensure nothing was wrong.
You will be asked to complete a questionnaire by the investigators to find out who you are and what your story is.
They don’t have a phone number, so you will have to wait for them to contact you.
But if they do call, it could be days. If they did, congratulations!
There is no number to call. They don’t have any good customer service computer software to update anyone’s case or keep them updated about what’s happening.
Every person you spoke to didn’t know anything, even if you gave the case number.
So, unless I realize, miraculously, me, my mom, and all of our people who have worked on our cases got on the same call, it was never going to be fixed.
If one says they’re cleared, it almost seems like they never put anything into the system.
This makes me wonder if they actually have computers or just pretend to type information.
At this point, I told my mom to get her money back.
Let’s use WALMART for any issues with money sent from Walmart to Walmart.
There is someone who can help me face-to-face.
