I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years and just asked them to waive a $37 late fee on my credit card. Well to my surprise they said no. Unbelievable as I have 2 mortgages and 3 banking accounts with them.
Time to look elsewhere!!!

Please, please avoid any kind of financial arrangements, especially with regards to student loans. They are ruthless and inconsiderate when dealing with your money. I had to learn the hard way and I continue to get done by them.

If Wells Fargo manages your 401k, beware. They will not follow through, when it comes to reinvest funds, and providing the necessary forms, to reinvest elsewhere. I’ve been waiting for them to send a form I need desperately to secure my 401k funds at another institution.
They manage other funds for me. I’m considering closing all accounts. They actually lied about mailing out the form I need. I waited and waited. They refuse to fax or scan it? So backward. Avoid their incompetency, invest elsewhere.

Wells Fargo Mortgage has to be the epitome of HORRIBLE Customer Service. Waiting for 2 months for simple documents and no call backs, EVER! Can’t wait to get out of the bank, FOREVER!!

These people are absolute crooks. The system is rigged so that pending transactions get the better of you by raping you with overdraft fees. The negative reviews all over the internet and the news coverage revealing corruption and the exploiting of people are all correct. Stay away from these crooks.
