US Home Value

I was trying to find out the taxes paid on a Property and searched on the internet and found this site: US Home Value. The site said I could search a property record for just $1. I was only interested in searching for ONE property so I provided my credit card information and email address. I conducted my search and nothing happened; then I got an email from [email protected] with my one property search record results. I thought this was all good until I saw an ADDITIONAL charge to my credit card in the amount of $23.95. US Home Value NEVER indicated there was an automatic enrollment or charge for this service. So I called my credit card company to dispute this charge and luckily it was removed. I have no problem paying $1 but for them to automatically charge the extra fee and NOT disclose it on the website is fraudulent and misleading to the public.
