Uprofit trader has the worst customer service and misleading rule

Do you not know how this turned into such a bad experience? Because onboarding was impressive. Uprofit Traders took care of getting the review done on time and putting me through the necessary steps faster to go live.

After that, everything went downhill. These guys are very cunning. They only let you in to make a fool out of you. There is no way to understand their uncanny attitude, and everyone in the company has their own opinion.

Some say that after breaking the soft rule, you can continue trading. Some say that the account gets frozen. Some say reset will work, and some say the opposite. Are these guys even trained on what message to convey to their customers?

If you are feeling rosy, don’t worry, the honeymoon period will fade soon. Once you are into the zone where you trade thinking you are not breaking any rule, peekaboo, you have.

They do not alert you if you are going in the wrong direction and shockingly block your account one day, saying you broke a rule.

My story isn’t very different from many others who have complained about this company. I paid for the reset, and they said that I would be able to trade in some time. Well, I have been waiting for the last two weeks.

When I contacted the customer care team, the first guy said nothing would work, and I broke a rule. I tried to persuade him to consider my situation as I never knew I was making a mistake.

After a few calls, they agreed to reset, and I paid the amount. Later, when I called, they said the reset wouldn’t work either.

That was the end of my patience. Watching me go crazy, the person asked me to wait for a while so that he could try to make it work.

Guess what!!! He is still trying. So, I called two days back and asked for a refund. To that, they said that it was against the company’s policy, and they won’t be able to return my money.

Also, I wanted to withdraw money while trading online through Uprofit trader. The request did not go through. They mention on their website that anyone can cancel money anytime.

Is that just a marketing hack? Because it did not happen to me. When I called these guys to check for the problem, they asked me to wait. After a week, they came up with a solution that wasn’t.

They told me about some rules and said I could not withdraw the amount for some time. Their practices never mentioned anything like that. They asked me to wait to reach a new high, which was a joke.

I even had to call them multiple times as I needed the funds urgently. Alas! These guys aren’t good listeners. I am sure that my reset money is also going down the drain. This is unacceptable.

First, they show you how amazing they are. You will get your applications sorted in no time, and they will help you in every other way to get you started. The problem begins after that. Now that they have your money, all they do is sit back and relax.

They will never help you with anything and keep using rules from nowhere to harass you.

You better find other options if you do not want to go through all these troubles. Because this platform is full of lies and tricks, in the end, you will only lose your money and time. Not to mention the frustration you would go through trying to make sense of the conversation that will happen with these people.

It is better to throw your money somewhere than trade on Uprofit. If you haven’t been cheated yet, you are lucky. But your time will come soon. So, leave as quickly as you can.
