So disappointed at University of Hawaii Federal Credit Union

Ridiculous new fees that online system is not ready for.I have been banking with University of Hawaii Federal Credit Union for over a decade, but their new paper statement fee has me wishing I hadn’t.

Sure they give a little bit higher rates than the bigger banks but they take the extra away in fees.

I have multiple accounts for minors that I am custodian for and the only way to avoid UHFCU’s paper statement fee is to create different online accounts for each minor to view the estatements.

What makes it worse is I just open 5 year certificates this year before theses fees were announced and will have to take the penalty so that each child’s account won’t be charged a monthly fee even if they only get quarterly statements.

I will not be recommending this bank anymore. So disappointed at UHFCU.
