United Capital Source

I was tortured and taken for granted when all I wanted was a fair deal. I needed a loan fast and I had informed about the same to the United capital source. Jon was the guy who was handling my loan application. I am sure he would remember what he did to me as it was very unfair. I was promised that there were no upfront expenses when I walked in to enquire about the loan.

They checked all my documents and verified everything before promising me that the loan was too easy me looking at my history and credit score. Although I had few doubts about it, they made it feel so easy that I was very comfortable asking them to help me with the loan process. Jon told me that my application would not take much time and would be cleared with approval in few weeks. He also said that there won’t be any deduction in the name of upfront expenses after the loan amount will be credited to my account.

Listening to all that seemed too good to be true as I had few problems in my file as per the other company I visited first. United told me that the problems aren’t too huge, and they would get me the best solution with best interest rate.

Unlike what they said, it took more than a month for the approval of the loan. Once, in between, my application was put on hold because they required few documents and never called me to ask for it. When I called back, they said that they emailed me the same. But it was a lie. I had never received any emails from them. I sent them the documents right away.

Once the loan got approved and I checked my account, I was shocked to see that they had deducted $5000 in the name of upfront expense. I called Jon right away and he took three days to some up with an incomplete solution. He told me that they would be adding the money to my account in a week and that the deduction was a mistake.

I had already waited a lot of the loan and one more week was too much for me. But, did I have a choice? I called them after a week, and they said that they had provided the answer through an email. I checked the email and it said that they would be adding $832 per month to my loan account for a period of 14 months.

They never said that during the loan application or when I asked them about the upfront fee. I called Jon seeking answers and he was very rude to me. He said that in spite of a low credit score and lots of problems with the file, he did me a favour. This was not true. They told me that my file was fine. I am not satisfied with their solution. This company is a scam and is entirely fake with its claims.
