My TUSHY Bidet sucks
DO NOT BUY! My TUSHY Bidet lasted for less than three months. When I called customer service regarding a part that was missing the product, they attempted to charge me additional costs and recommended that I purchase Super Glue to fix the issue! They then told me they’d “get back to Me” But ignored me!
If your product demands users to make use of Super Glue and pay for additional parts, it isn’t yet ready to go available for sale! There are many different bidets available. Don’t buy Tushy bidet. I used their TP, which is also pricy and feels the same as the other tissue paper. Nothing is good here!

TUSHY, Customer service is Worst!
Terrible customer service from the Tushy. I’ve had issues finding incorrect shipping addresses and broken tracking numbers for shipping links. All I get are form-based responses. I’m unable to tell whether the CS team is bots or really that boring and ineffective. Could you not use it at any cost?
