The Worst Company
The worst company to get a car with. If I knew at 20-year-old young adult how much of a scam Total Finance was I would have never got a car from Total Finance.
I pay two different types of insurance. They refuse to let you refinance unless YOU LOST your job or income.
They refuse to change the payment dates and call me every day knowing my payment pattern for the last two years.
You have to pay an additional 8.99 to make a payment online or over the phone.
DONT DO IT!!! TAKE THE BUS!!!!

i was getting my credit in order i bought A car from them if your 1 day late they call you like sharks they are very rude there is man in the finance or paymt dept he is very rude unprofesstional , rude and he tries to intimidate you or threatens to pick up your car.
i would never recommend them to any of my friends or family i cant wait til my balance is lower so i can trade car in and get a new bank to finance me or pay off my car so i will never have to deal with this company again ..!!! no stars they dont report to the credit bureau..

I have called on 3 occasions and have been told the same thing with each of my questions, “Sir, I just spoke to my manager, and we are going to look into it, and call you back.”

Bad Service Provide
I have been with TFL for 11 months now. Just call this place out of the blue and you will see for yourself how obvious the lack of training and experience these reps have.
McDonald restaurants have answered their lines in a more professional manner than this place. The absolute worst customer service hands down. No one seems to have any professionalism or charisma.
I am surprised this company is even at an operating level after speaking to the absolutely useless reps that do very little more than pick up the phone in front of them and say hello.
I don't recommend this place at all.
Worst place ever to buy a car!!! Never never buy a car from CAR OUTLET!!!! One reason customer service is the bad ever they treat customers so bad. If you are late with your payment ( with one day late they will not stop calling you haha) they will call you 24/7 at your cell, work and also all your reference really like if reference is going to make your payment. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I am a towing company that has had the misfortune of having to deal with this company. After 30 days of claiming that they were going to come and pick up their insured’s car, they informed me that they were not going to pick it up but abandoned it at our tow lot.
This will leave their insured with the full cost of the towing and storage fees. in this case around $1500.00. $200.00 for towing and the rest in storage charges. because they claimed that they were coming to get this car. this could be you don’t deal with these people

This is the worst finance company ever!!! If I knew what I know now about them before I signed my life over I wouldn’t have. They are so rude. The rep I have called my husband a drug dealer because we don’t have a legit bank account for them to draw money from. Terrible service.

totaly scamers am calling bbb i was one payment late they came and pick up my car am trying to call the department that handles the repos and no answer is been 5 days i left messages and till now no answer dont buy here do your self a favor
