I am not sure where to start…. I met with Dan Weist on February 20th 2018, we went over all forms needed and he told me that once I bring in everything it would take 2 weeks to complete.
I uploaded and submitted everything he requested the following week.
After 2 weeks I called to check in, as I didn’t hear anything.
I was told he was behind and 1 more week. A week went by and still nothing… I called, emailed, left messages. No response.
After another week I got a hold of Stacy (at this point no one was contacting me, I had to contact them) She apologized and said Dan would call me that evening…. no call.
April 2nd I began to Panic, how can a business do this to someone…..I got a hold of Dan, he requested some more info for business expenses.
I sent him an email April 4th with all the information. April 11th…. yes a week later, Dan said he was almost done.
He told me Stacy would call me to set up an appointment. Stacy never called.
I got a text April 18th saying he filled an extension for me. Dan said everything is good to go and we set an appointment for Today April 19th.
I just met with Dan and he completely messed up my taxes.
The business numbers were off, he was missing expenses and nothing made sense when he tried to explain it.
He said he could redo them and have them Monday April 23rd. I said “no thank you” and he said “ok, go somewhere else”
I am not sure what else to say I am so frustrated and upset right now.
I opened a business in Tosa last year and thought I’d try to give business to another local business.
Now I have to start completely over.
