Today Clinic Primary & Urgent ...They were Very Busy
Today Clinic is in a terrible state. The chairs are old and split open.
I was welcomed by the receptionist and the healthcare provider, who were helpful and efficient in getting me in and out quickly.
I went to the pharmacy to fill my prescription, but there was an error in the information.
I waited nearly an hour, so I called the thClinicic and asked what was wrong.
After I spoke to him, Brett told me that they were busy.
I explained how annoyed I was that I had to wait for my must-have heels.
He said that 5/325mg Norco was very dangerous and that he would talk to the pharmacist to cancel my prescription if I weren’t satisfied with how long it was taking.
I picked up the script and drove back towards the thClinicic. They were not busy, and the doctor was sitting at the front with the receptionist.
Brett should be fired because he isn’t providing customer service, and BTW 5/325mg Norco is not dangerous.
I am a large man, and 5mg hydrocodone is not enough to ease the pain or relieve it.
Do not go to this emergency room.

Horrible experience! 1st of all the place is filthy! 2nd, the reception/staff has zero customer service. I went a few weeks ago…during the flu epidemic in OKC. I had every symptom of the flu. The nurse practitioner that saw me asked if we had carpet? Have you changed your air filter?
Eventually, they gave us an antibiotic, a steroid(only at the end of the visit because I “finally coughed in front of him.”) and useless cough pearls. Three days later, I was extremely ill and saw my regular doctor…who said, “you should have been treated for the flu!” Tami-flu and two days later, and I felt a ton better!
I felt like we were a bother to her.
Dr. Brad was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable. The wait time was long, but it was understandable. Katie at the front desk could not have been more professional and friendly! She made us feel like we were bothersome.
Rebekah, the NP, and Kristine, the MA at West, were outstanding. However, the company is not. They don’t give abnormal results over the telephone even if the patient consents (this is not a HIPPA violation). I had to drive to North to get a print of my results and was not offered any treatment.
I went to my regular physician, and even he was puzzled about why I wasn’t given my results over the telephone and treated immediately. Professionalism and customer service are essential, especially in the medical field. After the initial consultation with the NP, this company did not provide both. Avoid this company.
