Thomas Milcarek

Last month I was visiting from Kona and stopped off at the Waialua general store. My eight-year-old daughter was standing outside waiting for me, and I went to buy a couple of things. When I came out, this man was talking to my daughter, and he had his hand on her back, rubbing his hand up and down. I was gone for only a few minutes…I just needed to get some sodas for us. I saw him and started yelling at him to leave my daughter alone, and he got in my face, shouting, “WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT” and how I’m not as pretty as my daughter. after I told him I was going to call the police he walked away and kept walking faster. I asked my daughter what happened, and she said when I went inside the store, he came from the side of the building and started talking to her. When she tried to step away from him, he kept getting closer and asked her questions about what kind of men she likes and what color underwear she wears—really disgusting stuff.

I went back into the store and asked if anyone had seen what just happened, and another customer said they saw. And I wondered if anyone knew who that was, and they said his name was Thomas Milcarek and that he lives in the area. I looked him up on Facebook, and he seems like a dangerous man.
