The Kirklin Clinic of UAB Hospital

They are disgraceful

I am a Nashville resident and chose The Kirkland Clinic due to their high ratings.

However, after scheduling an appointment with a Urogynecologist, their scheduling department called six times to cancel my appointment.

It is absurd that the doctor forgot about a conference she had, etc.

It took me over a year to reach Dr. Richter.

They are doing something to me that I disapprove of.

It’s a simple “cat and mouse” game. I will get a call from the scheduling office to make an appointment.

They will also call me to cancel my appointment.

These are shameful and must be stopped.

  1. have had two procedures done and both were very flawed by the staff that provided the service.

I have had two procedures, and both were flawed by the staff who performed them. After telling her that I reacted years ago, the tech injured me with divinity dye. She said that I would be fine. The cardiologist she kept waiting for didn’t show up until after the procedure.
After the dye was injected, I complained that my leg felt strange. She replied, “Oh my God! The pain shot through my lower back and upper back to the front of the chest. It lasted about. It lasted between 10 and 15 minutes; then, she ran to the hall to get more nurses. I asked her what she had done to me. She said it was a reaction, and I just prayed. The nurse placed an oxygen mask on my head and gave me Benadryl. One nurse suggested calling a code blue. But she didn’t believe the doctor was there yet.

It was the worst thing I have ever witnessed. To this day, I don’t feel the same as I did before this procedure. The doctor sent me home and never rechecked on me.

  2. Called to request an appointment.

To request an appointment, I called. He talked to Meridith, a man he claimed to be. He was a total ass. He needs to be fired.
