I pay it all off this month so that I have no surprises.

Don’t do business here they told me I had 90 days without having to pay a fee or anything like that. Then I Called and they said disregard that don’t listen to this you don’t need to pay. The problem is that I had to put my Account and routing number and they charged me 37.89 2 Time IN the same week . I called them they told me to deal with them. I’m shocked they talk you into thinking they are giving you a great deal in the end you not aware that you are registered in a leasing company charging you fees telling you did a esign when the store said don’t worry about it. LAST time I spend my money here I pay it all off this month so that I have no surprises.

    Total RIP OFF,
    Furniture House received the purchase price but the ordered merchandise was never received. Furniture House did not respond to my emails.
    Pay Pal gave them 10 days to answer my complaint. On the 10th day, Pay Pal emailed me to say Furniture House showed that my order was delivered, but not to the proper billed address. I did not receive my merchandise… hope whoever, allegedly, received my order is enjoying it…
    Obviously, Pay Pal took the word of the “seller” & assumes the customer filed a false complaint…. Why would I file a false report …. records will show delivery was not made to the proper address….
    Do not trust Furniture House…

    Placed an order with Furniture House for 2 patio chairs & 1 table. The order never arrived at the address listed. Sent 2 emails to Paul Mesa at Furniture, & never heard back
    Complained to Pay Pal about not receiving my order. They gave Furniture 10 days to respond. Finally heard back from Pay Pal stating that Furniture House records show that the items were delivered, they were denying the Pay Pal gaurantee.
    Why would I complain if I had received the shipment…. Furniture House is a “Rip Off”…
    Furniture House has my money, hopefully SOMEONE has new patio chairs & table.
    Pay Pal obviously failed to investigate properly & took the word of Furniture House.
    Even though Pay Pal is fairly reputable, I am No longer doing business with Pay Pal
    either. SHOP ELSEWHERE !!!

  3. i ordered 2 outdoor chairs and i never received a confirmation email so i did some investigating… couldn’t find any of the info in the company and i tried emailing and the email came back undeliverable… my cc was charged and still I’ve heard nothing. I’m sure this company is a scam!!! I will contact my cc company and tell them .

  4. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

    I ordered and paid for AICO dining table, china buffet and 8 chairs for $7920.00 (Tax and shipping included). The order was processed by Elizabeth who stated she was the acting manager because the store manager/ owner were in Egypt. Prior to purchasing the items I told Elizabeth that I was shopping around for the best deal. She stated that Furniture House can beat any deal and wanted my business.

    She stated that she will contact the owner/manager for approval for the sale. It took her two days prior to March 9th to callback and stated that she receives approval to sell the merchandise for $7400. I was extremely happy with the price and told her that I’ll be in that day to finalize the deal with payment in full.

  5. Do not use!

    Do not use! We had a great ordering and buying experience with Maged. When the delivery men arrived they destroyed the house and furniture. They scratched up my walls moving furniture in to the point where I had to sand, repair, and repaint my entire hallway.

    Not only that but they ripped both pieces of brand new furniture when moving in. I called owner multiple times with no return call back and I am hung up on when I do get through. The furniture and my house have been destroyed due to the delivery process. Please save your time and money.
