They Made MAJOR Mistake
T&D Tax Service have no tact when owning up to mistakes made by their own office.
Due to opening up a big fitness facility last year, and starting a new business, I decided to go on monthly installments for some taxes owed.
To make a very long story short, Tim told me specifically he would “Take care of this” as in setting up the Installment plan.
I signed the paperwork and THEN, He NEVER even sent the application in which I did not discover until months later.
I did see some warning letters which I brought to his attention and then due to being busy as hell unintelligently trusted him remedy the situation.
I say unintelligently because he also let me know he would “take care of” sending in a payment to affirm my LLC Status.
A check which he held on to for 6 months and never sent in.
Well, I have learned my lesson now and will always just call the IRS myself from now on to get the story straight.
All I can say is NEVER trust T&D Taxes to “take care of” anything for you.
I have never seen a business be in such denial and refusing to own up about a MAJOR mistake they made and I am seriously disgusted by this.
