TCM Law Group Thomas Michaelides Las Vegas

Thomas Michaelides , TCM Law Group Las Vegas, is a scammer attorney who has a history of stealing money. For example, the Nevada Supreme Court suspended him for taking money and not performing services below (that’s called theft):

“The baseline sanction before considering aggravating and mitigating circumstances is suspension. See Standards for Imposing Lawyer Sanctions, Compendium of Professional Responsibility Rules and Standards, Standard 4.42 (Am. Bar Ass’n 2015) (providing that suspension is generally warranted for a pattern of neglect that causes injury or potential injury to a client); [*3] Standard 7.2 (“Suspension is generally appropriate when a lawyer knowingly engages in conduct that is a violation of a duty owed as a professional and causes injury or potential injury to a client, the public, or the legal system.”). Considering the duties violated, Michaelides’ mental state, the injury to Michaelides’ clients and the profession, and the aggravating and mitigating circumstances, we conclude that the guilty plea agreement should be approved. See SCR 113(1).

Accordingly, we hereby suspend attorney Thomas C. Michaelides from the practice of law in Nevada for a period of 90 days commencing from the date of this order. Michaelides shall pay restitution in the amount of $1,312 to Marianne Wojciechowicz and $2,000 to Susan Hughes within 60 days from the date of this order, if he has not done so already. Additionally, Michaelides shall pay the actual costs of the disciplinary hearing, plus $2,500, within 30 days of the date of this order. SCR 120. The parties shall comply with SCR 115 and SCR 121.1.”

1 Review on TCM Law Group Las Vegas Thomas Michaelides

  1. Las Vegas Attorney Thomas Michaelides Sanctioned by Court

Thomas Michaelides , TCM Law Group, filed a lawsuit in Las Vegas District Court, Case No. A-18-779028-C for defamation. Knowing he would lose the defamation lawsuit , he literally forged a court order and sent it to Google to remove negative reviews. To see the forged court order sent to Google, see and it is in the bottom right corner as .PDF file here

Thomas Michaelides consulted with San Diego attorney Scott McMillan who also lost a similar lawsuit against a blogger. In that case, Scott McMillan , who once operated a law school out of his small office in a low income area of San Diego, wanted posts about the law school McMillan Academy of Law and a child molestation report about Scott McMillan removed. The federal court dismissed his lawsuit, then La Mesa attorney Scott McMillan lost the appeal.

Thomas Michaelides started the lawsuit over a $1,400 demand from a former client who was not happy with his representation of him. In stead of refunding the money, Thomas Michaelides is now being prosecuted for forging a court order AND was sanctioned $51,000 by the judge, see image of order again Las Vegas attorney Thomas Michaelides. Imagine that, over $1,400 Michaelides will lose his license to practice law after being suspended three other times, and is being prosecuted. Amazing! 🙂
