The Lack Of Communication
Tax People USA contracts with independent certified accountants to process taxes.
My initial experience was fine, but the second experience was not so good.
I was quoted one price over the phone and another price once the accountant completed my taxes.
My final experience with the Tax People, West Allis branch, was just this year when the owner who reviews and finalizes the processes had failed to even review my tax return, and had it not been for me following up one week later no one would have contacted me.
The accountants appear to know what they’re doing, but the lack of communication is something that doesn’t work for me when doing business.
