I have had a great experience at this location until today.
I came in to open two checking accounts and reorder the bank card that I placed two weeks ago but never received.
Sara, a banker, canceled my bank account.
All of my bills were automatically taken from it, and I was using it for personal use until I received the new card.
My bank card was right in front of my face, irking me.
She entered my information to log in to the account.
Have you ever asked about the card’s problem? Why would I want another card? I didn’t tell her that she had to cancel anything.
Now I need to get in touch with everyone to update the information. This is a considerable inconvenience.
