Sulim Malook and Jane Malook’s parent company Wilmington Holdings (previous Wilmington PLC but changed once its accounts were due), declares current cash in the bank of £398,000. However, its enormous list of shareholders shows investments/worth above £30 million!
The company has no propriety software or assets. It only has five staff, Mr. Malook’s wife (who uses the name Jane O’Shea despite being twice bankrupt in that name – and also in her married name) plus Malook’s daughters Natasha (the racist), Rabekah and the youngest daughter (name withheld for legal reasons but she is the one that has appeared in a porn movie).
Worryingly, these act as ‘directors’ and have of the previous 25 companies the family has set up and wound up or abandoned, owing money. They use threats to get all evidence removed from the internet.
The company address is always a purchased PO Box-style address or the rented property the family lives in. With all family members being declared bankrupt at least once – this family does not own their own home despite living a glamorous lifestyle on investors’ money.
Some details of JAK, JSM, Blue, Fantasy Administration, and Sanger Investments – companies the Malooks once plundered below. The creditors report states one company was worth between £250-£420 million. Yet it was dissolved, owing investors with zero cash to distribute to investors.
