I am always on the lookout for exciting investment options. So, when I came across the SmartCrowd.ae website, I was intrigued by how they mentioned all the perks of using their service.

However, when you start investing, you understand they have nothing to offer. To be precise, they lure you into spending your hard-earned money on their platform and lead you to losses more significant than you can imagine.

The website discusses profits and how other investors make tons of money using their app. But the app itself is confusing and does not have proper navigation. Not just that, you will only feel frustrated with its delayed updates that leave you to your guessing game.

It talks about being transparent, which is a joke. I funded a few projects and was very happy, thinking about the returns I would make. Sadly, there was nothing for me.

First off, I was not able to get through the registration process. When I contacted the support team, I was able to get through. Rather, I lost my money, and these guys did not do anything to help me understand the glitch…

I wish I could have understood how lazy these guys are. Further, when I started funding the rental properties, I could not get complete updated reports on my investment. The app threw me out, and the numbers were not updated when I signed back in.

I had to share my bank details with these guys to update the app and my investment amount. For the first three properties, the funding was never completed. As per the rules, they reversed the investments for those properties back.

But in my case, I again had to reach out to them intensely to get my money back. They did not return the amount at once. And made me contact them multiple times for the same problem.

The funding was completed just before the clock turned off for the other two properties. However, they kept me hanging without paying off the rentals on time. Sometimes, it showed in my profile; other times, I had to contact these guys for the glitches again.

Also, when I wanted to opt to sell my investment amount to other investors, it took them more than 20 days to complete the procedure. That also wasn’t very simple. Instead, I experienced a complete roller coaster ride throughout the journey as a customer.

I advise everyone out there not to choose this investment company. They look legit but do not have the proper system to take care of the clients’ investments. I am pissed off.

It is disappointing to lose the money you earned with so much hard work. I usually invest in a lot of schemes, and this one so far has been the worst experience.

Especially their team that keeps you waiting on the other end for the resolution without feeling accountable.

You can only get frustrated dealing with these fraudsters. It feels like you are stuck and cannot do anything about it.

I did talk to a few people who invested through this app. And most of these people had the same feedback to share. Sometimes I doubt if they show the correct numbers on their website. How come people are still investing?

I am stressed after dealing with these guys. The way they dealt with me, I am not sure anymore if they are at all legit. Apart from being completely difficult to deal with, they seem not to care about their clients.

They have no shame, and they would not feel guilty at all. Instead, they would blame you for everything. They once told me that I might have forgotten about investing.

I am not a novice, knowing where I put my money and how much. All they do is make you feel helpless. Only to try to scare you away.

These guys are scammers, and they should be shut down soon. Otherwise, they might end up cheating more people. It is a shame that I fell for something like this. I will be more cautious in the future. Lesson learned the hard way.
