San Diego attorney Salvatore Nicholas Padula is with a low tier defense law firm called CGS3. Although the law firm advertises itself as a top firm, I did not see it in the annual list of top firms for the last two years.
One reason that may be are hires like Salvatore Padula who was living with his parents until recently and now resides in an older run down apartment near downtown. Salvatore Padula also was licensed in California, but still holds him self out to be realtor, but the fact remains Salvatore Padula is no longer licensed.
Another reason could be that Salvatore Padula recently filed an appeal, was sanctioned by the court for not filing his brief, and the appeal was DISMISSED!!! As here, the court docket shows,

It is embarrassing to see an attorney pursue an appeal, which is costly, only to miss important deadlines, and then to have the case dismissed. Of course, I urge you to verify everything on your own and imagine it’d take no more than 5-10 minutes to do so. With such a unique name as Salvatore Padula , it appears I found the right attorney who holds himself out as a great legal mind, when in trust, he seems to now read or understand the consequences of his conduct.
