Riverchase Kia Hoover
Rivercahse KIA Warranty Refund ScamWhen I purchased my 2021 KIA Soul, I was informed by the finance manager (Calvin) that I would get a $1,200 refund if I were to go with the full warranty package, so I did; At the time, I certainly had no reason not to believe what a well-known car dealership told me.
At first, I thought that I would have the $1,200 once all the paperwork was completed, then it became weeks. At first, Calvin was somewhat cooperative, but after almost 3 months, I realized that $1,200 might not be coming at all.
Here is what I have done:
- I have left an email via the Riverchase KIA contact form, no response.
- I have left a voicemail for the GM, no response
- I have contacted my sales agent, no response
- Numerous attempts to contact Calvin stopped responding
To date, I have logged several calls just to the Riverchase KIA switchboard that just connects me to someone’s voice mail. Either they do not respond, or the voice mail is full.
Someone @ Riverchase KIA should stop protecting someone. I say this because I was already looking for a 2nd car. However, due to Riverchase KIA fraud, I will not be their next customer, so what? Riverchase KIA decided not to honor their $1,200 commitment over purchasing a car that could have very well cost me around $25k-$30k? Thanks for deciding for me. Someone should certainly be fired for being so stupid.
If you make the mistake of buying a vehicle from Riverchase KIA, and they make some financial refund offer, then make sure you get it in writing; otherwise, even if you are going to buy a 2nd car, it appears they will decide to keep the money over you buying the car…
If Riverchase KIA continues this backdoor fraud, they will certainly go out of business sooner or later; This is how you run a business if you want to go bankrupt!!!
Your Lost Customer,

If Riverchase KIA wants to dump their customers like this, then so be it!!!
