Rikayaa Enterprises Private Limited

I recently ordered 400 quantities of copper bottles from Rikayaa Enterprises, Delhi. The company seemed fine after I did my initial research. There were no red flags, and the internet was crowded with praises about the business and its owner. However, this turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life.

At first, everything seemed fine. When I tried to order the bottles, the website showed me the price of 300 INR per piece. So, I left a message declaring the quantity I wanted to purchase. I got a mail with the exact quote as listed on the website.

So, I planned my purchase budget accordingly and spoke to the sales team from Rikayaa Enterprise. This is when I felt that there was something fishy going on with the people who worked there for the first time. The guy who contacted me was not sure of the price. He said that the quote is based on the old prices. And the recent price for each bottle has surged. So, there was a 20 INR increase for each bottle, costing me an extra 8000 INR.

He said that he would send me a revised quote for the same, and I could share the order letter accordingly. I was taken back for a minute, but the way the company talks about its products, I did not overthink it.

So, the next day, they sent me a quote with a 25 INR increase for each bottle. This was not acceptable to me. Hence, I called Yash Gupta, the owner of the company. He said that he would look into the matter and would revert.

But he did not. I called him back after three days, and he said that the prices were acceptable. He accused me of mishearing it and said he could give me some discounts on the entire offer. But he did mention that I got it all wrong, and I was to blame.

He sounded very harsh and someone who does not care about other people. This was the last stroke for me. And I could not take it any longer. I told him that I would not deal with him, not in the future. He started abusing me for no reason. I am calm, and I disconnected the call instead of beating him back.

Since then, I keep getting calls from his staff asking to reconsider my order. They call me at odd times. It is suffocating, and they won’t listen. I asked these guys not to bother me anymore. But I guess they are deaf to my request.

This is not marketing but torture. If this continues for long, I might have to change my number. A company with such colossal turnover as boasted online won’t do such things. I feel they lie about that too. Wholly unprofessional and biased.
