Rehab Financial Group

Customer Service

I seen Rehab Financial Group I read up on it on their website i wasnt all the way clear so i wanted a little more information about the type of loan that they had.

A guy name brian calls me at 6am, wakes my son up for one but i realize who it was I was excited to get some information about the rehab loan but before I can even ask any questions the guy didn’t want to give me any information because I lived in California he told me I had to go read it online.

I thought that was rude because it shouldn’t matter where I live for someone to give you information.

He didn’t ask me if I was moving to the state nothing I even asked can I still get information he told me no go online…wow some kind of service Brian

  1. Rehab Financial is a great company to work with.

Rehab Financial is a great company to work with. I did my first rehab loan with them and they offered full financing once they assessed that there was plenty of equity in the deal. They were very helpful in walking me through the process and were always there to answer my questions.

The team at Rehab Financial has great level of professionalism and integrity and I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to do rehabs the right way. If they tell you a deal is good, it really is. I ended up renting and refinancing that rehab instead of flipping it. Having the backing and due diligence provided by Rehab Financial helped a long way in the approval of the cash out refi loan.

  2. Otherwise they will be wasting your money

Rehab Financial Group has the tendency to paint a rosy picture of getting you approved based on the after repair value of a home relative to the purchase price and rehab budget and when they see that the numbers work they will tell you that they can write the loan and encourage you to submit the application while requiring you to pay an application fee of exorbitant amounts.

They are totally shady and I would suggest you go with a private lender that will charge you after getting approved for the loan. Otherwise they will be wasting your money

  3. If you're a Broker you should think twice.

If you’re a Broker you should think twice. They are not Broker friendly! They insist on communicating directly with your client instead of with you the referring Broker.

The first and only experience I had with them was less than desirable! The Underwriter was very unprofessional and Sales Rep is not much better. There are a lot of great Wholesale Hard Money Companies out there… this isn’t one of them. IMHO.

  4. Think twice about working with this company.

Think twice about working with this company. With so many other rehab loan companies out there, this one should think about being a little more client friendly. Just plain rude and they don’t care about the client. The underwriter is very unprofessional and their adjusters and inspectors are totally flawed with their reports. Stay away!!!

  5. Extremely RUDE!

Called to inquire about their preferred contracts and process and the woman was so rude.
