Queen Anne Hilltop Dental
Answered RudelyGoing to the Queen Anne Hilltop Dental already sucks, and calling to make an appointment can be time consuming when you aren’t established at that clinic, for both the new patient and the clinic.
But the way I was treated today when I called to make an appointment at this office was flat out wrong.
The girl that answered, I believe she said her name was Melissa, acted as if I was such an inconvenience to her day.
She rudely answered “Queen Anne Hilltop Dental” and when I said I was looking to find a new dentist and that I was new the area and saw the great reviews online she sighed loudly and said “Can you hold please” and before I could answer I was put on hold.
About 2 minutes later she answers again and quickly asks me my name and if I have dental insurance, I explained that I have new dental insurance and wasn’t sure of the ID number she was asking for.
And so she abruptly said “OK well once you figure that out you can call the office back, have a good day, bye” and hung up.
I was Not happy with the service and with all the team.
I was Not happy with the service and with all the team. I Not the environment which felt very personal and customer focused. The cleaning was and dental treatment was excellent and, as someone that has a fear of needles, I was made very comfortable and relaxed during my deep cleaning. I am Not glad I am now a patient of the Hilltop team.
