Primary Care Medical Associates

I Was Very Upset With This Development

I have been a patient of Dr. Perlmutter’s for over fifteen years.

I had a yearly physical each year.

This year I was out of town and missed it by two weeks.

He refused to refill a routine prescription until I had an office visit.

I was very upset with this development but I have also been dissatisfied with recent care.

During my last visit, I told him I thought I had a hernia. He didn’t even examine me but said I should see a surgeon.

It turned out that I did not have a hernia just swelling but he couldn’t be bothered to investigate He also listened to my heart and lungs through my shirt – which is not a sound procedure.

His care seemed cursory and I concluded that he was primarily concerned with finances, not medical care.

I don’t recommend him and I say this after many years.

  1. She is super friendly and easy to talk to, and she actually cares.

She is super friendly and easy to talk to, and she actually cares. Her practice has a web portal which makes it a lot easier to communicate with her. You can schedule an appointment or look at your lab results online.

You can message her and she usually gets back quickly, usually within a few hours during the day. It’s not too hard to get an appointment, I’ve usually gotten one within the week.

  2. She is SO professional and always makes me feel at ease.

Best practice I’ve ever been to! Everyone in the office is great. Great office hours, great location and always can fit you in. As soon as you walk in, you are met with a friendly, caring receptionist who is ALWAYS on top of things. Her name is Connie.

She is SO professional and always makes me feel at ease. Dr. Flores is AWESOME too! She never miss a beats and takes time to discuss my history with me and really cares about my health. I would recommend this practice. Dr. Flores is new so it is easier to get an appointment with her.

  3. She is thorough and non judge mental.

I have spent some time looking for a doctor who meets even the minimum of my criteria and I am thrilled finally that I found a doctor who cares. Dr. Flores takes the time to explain things where I understand. She follow up with me regarding test results. I am used to hunting for my doctor to get results. She makes sure I have literature I can refer to for any issues. She is thorough and non judge mental.

I have never felt rushed or made to feel inferior. She got to the root of my issues and wasn’t afraid to get the needed tests to find out. I hope she never leaves this practice. The staff members are pretty friendly as well. I have visited this practice a total of 5 times for both complex to non complex issues and I have not been disappointed.

  4. I would definitely recommend Dr. Davis and PCMA to anyone!!

I saw Dr. Davis last month, and I was very happy with my entire experience here. She was very personable and pleasant to speak with. And I have never before had a doctor spend so much time taking a thorough medical history! She listened to all of my questions/concerns, asked questions in return, and gave me plenty of simple advice.

In fact, the entire office is very welcoming and convenient. It was easy to get an appointment on the day that I wanted and there is parking in the building. Plus, lab services are attached right to their office, so I didn’t need to go anywhere else to have my blood drawn. Then, when I needed to bring my records to a specialist, I was able to go online and just print them off myself!

  6. They make going to the doctor's office not so unbearable.

Quality staff, great doctors, flexible hours and walk in hours available. They make going to the doctor’s office not so unbearable.

  7. You will be compensated with lots of patients & work.

Sometimes I go with my parents to this office they are both patients there of doctor Zamora they said that she is a wonderful doctor, they loved her.

The receptionist are great too! even though they have so much to do phones are constantly ringing off the hook theres a very high volume of phone call so i ask all those patients that call the please be patient they are trying to do their best.

but you can also use their online portal you can schedule appointments, get prescription refills, and even communicate with your doctor and they answer as soon as they are available its great.

They also have a pharmacy down stairs in same building or they can send it electronically to the pharmacy that you provide for them. Parking is only $2.00 for the first two hrs. better than parking out in the street.

I also agree with Yelper (Crystal) I was there when that happened i can remember as if it was yesturday, I felt so bad for the receptionist. So doctors & manager please support your staff in this type of situations.

And please give them a good THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS BONUS doctors you are making the money. You will be compensated with lots of patients & work.

  8. No I am not an employee there.

I really like this office every time I go with one of my parents the staff is great and the doctors too! My parents & sister love the electronic/meds they don’t have to go to drop off the prescription by the time they get to the pharmacy its already processing and they just wait a few min in the pharmacy & sometime its already ready & parking is cheap better than outside.

No I am not an employee there. I do have a couple friends that work there sometime they talk about things that happened there. I just said the truth and if the shoes fit wear them!!!!!

  9. I have been a patient of Dr. Marchkee, a wonderful doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marchkee, a wonderful doctor. Too bad he left the practice. I am now in care of Dr. Perlmutter he’s a good doctor but last time 2 times I was there he was rushing, I did not like that I guess because now he has too many patients but it”s a great office & in a good location they also have a pharmacy down stairs.

Parking is in same building only $2.00 fee for first 2-hrs. awesome hrs, walk in’s in the morning 8-9am. Receptionist and staff are very helpful, knowledgable, nice, & caring( “That’ the key”) I would reffered this office.

  10. She seemed to know what to do.

The girl who answers the phone is always attitudy. I think the last time i even asked her what her name was so i can complain. I think she said Jillian. Not professional at all. I thought about complaining to the manager but forgot and instead decided to post my review on yelp.

However, the other receptionists are really really nice. The girl who works at check-in (i think she registers patients when they walk in) was really nice to me. Very professional. She made me feel at ease.

I think her name started with a C on her nametag that she was wearing..Conn something…Very nice girl and very professional. She seemed to know what to do.

  11. This place has changed a lot in the past and for the worst.

This place has changed a lot in the past and for the worst. The manager is not always around if needed and when i did get a chance to talk to her, she was very unprofessional. I think her name is Tony or Toni.

  12. This place needs more staff members around to help out.

This place needs more staff members around to help out. They definitely need a new manager. The current manager, Toni is so unprofessional. As Dr Zamora long time patient, i was appalled to be talked like a piece of crap. She needs to get some training on how to treat patients professionally.

  13. This place needs better management.

This place needs better management. Also, the doctors are extremely slow so there is a long wait line as well.

  14. This is the worst run medical office I have ever been to

This is the worst run medical office I have ever been to! They don’t give your messages they don’t follow through it took me 6 months to get a
