HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prestige Financial Services has been my auto lender for the past 3 years.
Over this time, I have had ALL ON TIME PAYMENTS and no issues whatsoever.
I have asked about refinancing my auto loan at least 5 times as I was told when I first bought my vehicle this was an option, and confirmed this by their website that clearly claims they offer refinancing.
This month I ran into a financial issues and my payment was returned- obviously, this was not my intention….. who wants to avoid their car payment?! I was stressed but knew things would be fine because I got paid in 2 days.
The morning of my pay date, I received a text from Brianna Howard (who is not even my account representative) letting me know my payment had been returned a second time.
I immediately responded CONFUSED as to why my account had been debited a second time.
I knew I didn’t have the funds the day before so I would never have approved this.
Brianna responded by blaming ME! Saying I was “mad at the wrong person”and “its not her issue”.
I WAS SHOCKED. I’m still shocked. I feel completely violated.
My personal information, my banking information, was used WITHOUT MY CONSENT and caused me to accrue additional overdraft fees.
All so much without an apology or acknowledgement of wrong doing.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They only care about the way their books look at the end of the month.
THEY WILL USE YOUR checking account information TO MAKE PAYMENTS FOR YOU WITHOUT CONSENT.
