Post & Associates, Inc is a business that is not so good. As a business man I am always on the prowl for the best supporting cast that I can find.
One of the most important people you need as a small business owner is a good accountant that you can trust with all of your personal information.
I found this company last year and decided to give them a try because they seemed like a nice enough office.
After the taxes were filed My wife and I had a lot of questions about the way that they were filed.
A lawyer that we know said that they were not filed in the correct way and tat we need to make sure and let the office know that.
The accountant and owner (Cindy Post) insured me and my wife that had nothing to worry about and that she had been doing this for several years.
After she put our minds at ease we moved on and decided that we would give her another chance in 2013.
BOY OH BOY could we not have been any more wrong about that decision.
Cindy not only overlooked and didn’t file a lot of important information (costing my business MONEY) buy she also managed to display some of the most out of line customer service that I have ever seen.
When we called to ask her why this information was not filed, she was very insulted and had a response that really took us by surprise.
She started to get huffy and very defensive saying that she did nothing wrong and next year we need to just find someone else to deal with.
After I told her how out of line her response was and how blind sided we felt………. SHE HUNG UP ON US.
If I can give one piece of advice to you all it would be to take you business elsewhere.
There are many accountants out there that are better at what they do and offer a higher level of customer service.
