Not a legit company

Hi I would like to report this Pickupflowers.com scam website. I ordered flowers on February 10 in advance to deliver it on February 14th. I paid the amount fully via online on their website. February 14th came and the flowers did not receive yet by the receiver as I called them if the flowers arrived but she said no. So I followed up from them via live chat on-line and I’ve waited as I’m on the Que and waited for like 30 minutes. I’ve spoke one of their representative name Sheryl m. I’ve experienced very bad service from her as she not answering my question properly as I felt its automated answers and the service was really bad and horrible.

I contacted their customer service via email and for 2 days and not answering my reply even they said that their customer service would be available for like 24 hours which is definitely not true. So I’m so worries as they took money from me and the flowers I ordered did not deliver yet so I contacted their Facebook as they have website and they didn’t reply me at all. So I put a comment on their page as its scam and fraud. A lot of people got a victim of their fraud website and till now I still didn’t get the money back from them. Please help hope their website will no longer give a victim to loads of people.

    I ordered and payed for 12 red roses to be delivered. No delivery and was told lies lies lies from the customer help line. Then they told me that I had cancelled the order. Lies Lies Lies THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM, AVOID THEM AT COSTS

    I have never been so disgusted with a company who will promise you anything to get an order but once they have your money, negate on ALL responsibility. Promised Delivery of specific date which was crucial it must be this date & discussed at length with customer service team Presty and Krish who guaranteed me before ordering, then as soon as I ordered they emailed me right away to say they won’t deliver on that date. Offering no refund. Won’t respond to emails and numerous calls. Then when I do manage to get through, keep making promises but it’s just empty words. No integrity or honesty in this company and now my lawyer is on the case! They offered 10% refund which is not good enough. Lies lies lies! Please I’m warning you, save yourself the stress and runaround and deal with a genuine business! These guys should be shut down, they don’t even seem to care about their name and reputation. The manager was never available to speak with and the customer service team who took my order was the same ones receiving my emails and calls so i felt like they were covering it up. I would like to give the manager benefit of the doubt but he seems to be constantly unavailable and in hiding. Very disappointing as I am wanting regular deliveries overseas but Pickup Flowers are just taking people for a ride and when an issue arises, they don’t want to know about it. SCAMMERS!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. A lesson for me, I should have let it go and save myself all the stress and worry it’s caused me trying to chase them up but I believe other decent humans have the right to know what these people are like. I’m still shocked at how another human being can have no sense of morality- right and wrong! I am still waiting for refund for the goods and services promised but not delivered as agreed.

  5. Terrible, disappointing

    Got the wrong item delivered. I ordered a sympathy flower but they delivered a bouquet and a very small one not worth it for the amount i paid. They even not print the message in a card it was a hand writen message. Grzzzz… what a waste of money and time. Never again..

  6. No flowers, no money, con artists - total fraud

    I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered on March 6, 2019. It was not delivered, every time I call – they say – please allow 24 hours to respond, so – no flowers, no money, simply fraud. This is disgusting! Why they are still in business?! I can’t believe it!

  7. I had a very bad experience with pickup flowers. Last year i booked on gift to a friend. And I paid all the charges. When I inquired from the recipient , I came to know that the is not delivered. Even after continuous chatting with madam Sherlyn and other madam Betty it was not delivered. Later I asked for refund. These two madam confirmed that my money will be refunded. Twice they gave me some absurd reference number for the bank refund deposit. But so far I have not received. I am asking be careful abound these cheating organisation. I came to know that have a office in Hyderabad.

    I feel terrible for being victimized by them. I should’ve read reviews about them before I even placed my order. Pickupflowers is a online flower shop where you can order and have it delivered anywhere around the world. I read reviews saying they have bad service, they deliver dead flowers, or they don’t deliver at all. I messaged them kindly saying I want to cancel. Not getting my hopes up, of course they told me they’ll do something about it and they’ll get back with me after 24 hours. I don’t believe that crap. I paid $50 dollars for 18 pcs of roses. How stupid of me. I’ve been trying to message them ever since and I’m not surprised they’re not messaging me anymore.

    Don’t order here, guys. Don’t disappoint yourselves.
