RIPPED ME OFF AND OTHERS
I put in an order on pearlboxco.com just now before reading the reviews… BIG MISTAKE! Constant comments on scamming so I looked into my account and instead of the “total price” of $35, they took $49 out! Completely unprofessional and I’m EXTREMELY OUTRAGED.
I’m not made of money and the one time I wanted to treat myself it blows up in my face. I want this site down so I’m writing to anybody and everybody about this site being complete shit!

My daughter and I had lunch at Pearl and we were very impressed with the range of the menu for lunch. We were more impressed with the food. She had a fish stew and I had the cassoulet with duck confit. Too bad I live in Kentucky, else I would be a frequent guest.

Do not order from this company. I ordered and paid for leggings in December of 2017. Two months later I still haven’t received my order so I emailed them several times and finally received leggings but they were not what I ordered. I contacted them to get the correct replacement order which they made me pay a dollar for an additional shipping and handling charges. And today May 14th of 2018 I still have not received my merchandise. There is no phone number to call and talk to someone so it has to be all done through email and every time I email I get a different person telling me they will take care of it and then when I check back weeks later I get the same auto response that they shipped it which they didn’t. And then we start all over again with me having to re-explain that I never got my.correct item! It’s been nothing but a nightmare. Beware!

Scam.
SCAM!! THIS COMPANY IS A DIRTY SCAM! The photos posted are not accurate representation ms of the products. They have a 30 day from purchase return policy, but it takes 3 weeks to deliver. They do not respond to inquiries. Returns cost more than the products in some cases as the company dies not provide shipping labels. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

I wish I would have read reviews before jumping off and placing an order. I ordered two pairs of shorts and a pair of push up leggings in January. I received the two pairs of shorts in mid February and they fit/look ok, but I still have not received the leggings. I have contacted them 3 times and they have not responded once. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money with this company.
AVOID PEARL BOX LEGGINGS AT ALL COSTS
THESE LEGGINGS DO NOT MATCH PRODUCT PHOTOS. The women in the photos are clearly wearing different leggings (just look at the seams and the waist band). The leggings you will receive are the same kinds as the poor-quality ones from China. The material is light and stretchy… definitely not “workout” legging material if you compare it to the standard gym leggings. I ordered a size small and it’s way too big, which shouldn’t be the case because I’m consistently a size small (I measure 26″ waist, 33″ hip). They feel and fit like cheap polyester granny pants. Shipping also took forever and it arrived in a flimsy, crinkly pouch. The shipping took 24 days to get to me (I ordered on Jan 29 and received Feb 23). Return policy states I have 30 days from purchase date to return, and would be responsible for shipping costs. Money down the drain. Avoid these leggings.
Terrible products and awful customer service
I bought two pairs of leggings from this company – thinking they looked amazing on the adds!
I only received one pair on delivery (the other pair never arrived) and they were terrible scratchy thin fabric and not at all like the videos boasted.
I’ve been trying for weeks to contact their support line to arrange a refund, they never get back to me (I’ve even resorted to contacting them on facebook messenger and leaving comments on their videos – which I don’t usually like to do until a last resort). They are flatly ignoring me and will not return my emails, messages or comments.

I bought a pair earlier this month. They came in today… I usually wear large but I thought let’s size up just in case… They came in looking like xs.. I ordered black, I got grey, they were supposed to ship from Australia but them shipped from China AND they were see through before I even wore them… To top it all off their return/refund policy is bull. 30 days from when purchased to return (in their hands) yet they take forever to ship and it doesn’t take 2 days to ship back meaning you won’t make the deadline… And they charged more than the announced price which is ridiculous
Horrible...just horrible
Their photos and descriptions are complete and utter lies. It took a month to arrive (which means it is outside of the return policy window) and they are not even close to what I thought I was ordering. The material is not the same (it’s quite see-through) and not even the same color. I wish I could give zero stars…I got leggings from Wal-Mart that were better quality AND less expensive than these….

I put in an order over 2 months ago. The tracking number they gave me is for China post, which when tracked it doesn’t show anything for the last month. I spent $70 on a product i will never get. I have messaged the company about 6 times and no response. I started commenting on their posts on face book letting people know their product was crap and they will more then likely never receive it. the started marking my comments as spam…. but they couldn’t reply back to my messages….
Poor quality made in China, bought 2 pairs and on,y sent one pair!
These are not squat proof and do not fit right! I got a small and weigh 130 pounds, I have hips and the waist does not stay up! I purchased 2 different leggings and only received one pair! Complete RIP OFF. SCAM
Scam. Leggings came but the wrong color that I ordered, right size. TOTALLY see through. Smelled terrible when they arrived. They gave shipping updates every few days, they came earlier than expected. They confirmed arrival and asked me to confirm too. I did but said the order was wrong and I wasn’t happy and wanted to return. They replied, “so glad to hear your order arrived!” Haven’t heard from them since though I’ve sent multiple emails.

I ordered leggings for my wife. I noticed they had the wrong shipping address. I tried to email them right away and have been continuing to do so for over two weeks now. NO response. No phone # or contact info.
I just got an email saying the shipped from China to the incorrect address.
I have my CC company looking into PBC as a fraudulent company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Please read my entire story and save yourself some money!! So, I saw these leggings on an online commercial and I was BEYOND excited to receive them as they looked amazing on the website.
I told my husband and he ordered them for me, only Pearlbox website is a little messed up. He ordered one pair, it didn’t go through, so he ordered them again only to find out Pearlbox charged us for both. My husband, realizing he made a mistake, messaged the company within a few minutes of both orders going through (there is no phone number to call, that should have been a hint.) We bought the leggings on 1/13/18 and he messaged the company the same day through their site, no answer. He messaged them again on 1/15 and on 1/22 from his personal email and again, no reply with any message.
After 9 days of Pearlbox ignoring their customer I started to email them to try to get a response. On 1/22 I emailed them from their site, no answer. On 1/24 and 1/25 I emailed them from my personal email and again, no answer. I also tried messaging them on facebook and instagram with no luck. It’s been almost 2 weeks with no response at this point so we had to call our bank to dispute the charge (you can do that if you have made a valid effort to get in touch with the company and have heard nothing) Our bank told us it could take up to 90 days to get our money back.
Pearl box finally replied to my husband (after almost 2 weeks and 8 messages) saying they cannot cancel the transaction because we waited too long to email them and the leggings already shipped. WE EMAILED THEM A TOTAL OF 6 TIMES! He messaged Pearlbox back to tell them he emailed them to cancel one of the transactions WITHIN MINUTES of the order, as usual, he still hasn’t received a response.
Finally, 2 weeks after we ordered the leggings they finally arrived in the cheapest packaging I’ve ever seen with a label from Hong Kong (they claim they are based out of Australia.) The leggings are the cheapest most disgusting material I have ever seen. They LOOK and feel cheap and they look NOTHING like the leggings we purchased online including random words written down the side in huge white letters.
They are completely see through and feel like they will rip within minutes of exercising in them. The only way you can return them is to pay for the shipping back to Australia (or Hong Kong, wherever they actually come from) Now we have 2 pairs of leggings that are not wearable and are out $80. Pearlbox IS A SCAM! They totally ignore their paying customer’s messages and their product is cheap garbage. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY THE WAY WE DID!!!
