Pacific City Bank is the worst bank. We have an auto loan with it and we tried to call a few time to see what the pay off amount is.
Customer service representatives can barely speak English and very demanding and rude on the phone.
If I have known that I have to deal with this mom and pop bank, i would never signed up for this load. So frustrated
