Option Mortgage

Option Mortgage Are Real Criminals

Option Mortgage is a real criminal. They gave me a loan.

They suggested that they could make a deal without any fees.

After the loan was closed, I was charged $15000 for closing costs.

The interest rate was the same as the old loan and not 2% lower than the promise.

Lawyers say that the DA will not do anything unless they receive many complaints.

So call your DA if these crooks have robbed you.

  1. I am sad and upset about the incident.

Carmelo, one of the brokers, assisted my friend with her refinance. It took a while to complete, and the service was poor. He did not respond to my requests and kept saying “out of town” or “hospital,” although he was able to complete the deal. He lost the death certificate of my friend (Client), which belonged to his wife.
He was telling the broker about it while I was there. It is an important document, and he can’t get it anywhere else than his country. He lost it, and he did not apologize. I tried to contact the company, but they refused to do anything. They said it was between the broker and the client. It is a sad incident that has upset me.

  2. I am financial adviser working in Calabasas.

Calabasas financial advisor. Camelo, one of Option funding’s brokers, was someone I trusted, and he is now our client refinancer. It didn’t turn out the way he had hoped. It took eight months.
While I know things don’t always go according to plan, there isn’t any communication about what’s happening or when it will happen. I have no idea how many times to text and call my client to update him. He was concerned that he wasn’t sure he could trust the place.

Worst of all, his service was not professional. It was unpleasant to work with him. He promised us a referral bonus to be compensated. Because of his frustration and lackluster passion, I wouldn’t recommend him.

It’s all about a lack of integrity. It never happened. Because this client was initially sent to me, I lost my credibility with my business partners and decided to introduce him to them.
