  1. It has been an excellent experience and I have used all of the great amenities.

It has been an excellent experience and I have used all of the great amenities. The staff has always been very helpful and ready to work with me, what ever the problem – but the rule of “give polite; get polite” applies – unfortunately I have watched a few very impolite and demanding residents.

During my time, they won the claim with the insurance and repaired the water issue referred to in other comments. Everything was disclosed during my buying experience. And the repairs were accomplished with minimum interference to me.

  2. Bad Service

One Lincoln Park has a great location in downtown Denver with walking access to everything. A 5 minute walk to the 16th st mall allows access to the free bus which will get you to all the stadiums and other parts of the city.

The building’s design stands out in the skyline while the interior offers a great pool and work out facility. The building is also secure with 24/7 personnel who are friendly and helpful. A great place to live and play!

  3. I worked at One Lincoln Park at the front desk.

I worked at One Lincoln Park at the front desk. In the 10 months I worked there I really felt as if I became part of the OLP Family. I grew as a person at OLP.

The General Manager is awesome and is/was always on top of her game and what was going on in the building. I got sick with a heart condition and some of of HOA board members came down and worked the rest of my shift so I could go to the hospital.

I was given time off from work without question. When I came back to work I was taken back at how many of the residents asked how I was doing. I have never ever had that caring experience in any of my prior employment positions.

I only left OLP for a chance to train in a property management position. To which I never would have had if it hadn’t been for the General Manager. I have only been gone from OLP a short time and I dearly miss my “family” there.
