These workers are hourly and have no supervision.
Most of them don’t have any financial background or hours at college.
It’s almost like you were walking into a high school life class on a “professional” morning.
Everybody is dressed in business clothes and trying to act like an adult, but they are too distracted by their phones or their friends (i.e., co-workers) for it to be an adult.
Rarely have you ever seen unprofessional behavior at this level in a financial institution?
I have withdrawn all my accounts and moved to another institution. (BTW, my review is about the 119th Street location.
