Oklahoma’s Credit Union

Credit Union Is Horrible

Oklahoma’s Credit Union is horrible. Their staff is young and inexperienced.

You can get a glimpse of their social media networks.

They struggle to understand even the most basic concepts of business.

These workers are hourly and have no supervision.

Most of them don’t have any financial background or hours at college.

It’s almost like you were walking into a high school life class on a “professional” morning.

Everybody is dressed in business clothes and trying to act like an adult, but they are too distracted by their phones or their friends (i.e., co-workers) for it to be an adult.

Rarely have you ever seen unprofessional behavior at this level in a financial institution?

I have withdrawn all my accounts and moved to another institution. (BTW, my review is about the 119th Street location.

  1. communication was poor and I was put me in an awkward.

My first experience with an auto loan was very positive. The second experience was more frustrating. Before finding a car, my representative reviewed my pre-approval terms. However, when I arrived with the seller, the words had drastically changed.
Communication was poor, and I found myself in an awkward situation. I wasn’t informed of the new terms before arriving at the branch and was shocked by the number of changes. I would have walked away without the auto loan if the buyer hadn’t driven more than an hour to complete the transaction.

  2. He walked me through the process that would be going on and I like that!

I called yesterday to see about refinancing my vehicle to get a lower interest rate. At first, I was told that it was a little higher than what they were allowed to do, BUT because of my credit and that I have used them before with a previous car, they could work something out that benefited me financially.

Zack S. was awesome, and they also got me a lower interest rate for the loan I had at another place, and both payments dropped! He walked me through the process that would be going on, and I liked that! I definitely recommend doing any kind of business with them!! They will do you right.

  3. Scammer

I was a member for four years, but unfortunately, I lost my job. I took responsibility and closed my account. I left in good standing despite being treated very poorly and deplorably.
I had my account closed, and I now work for my employer. I tried to reopen it but was told they would welcome me back anytime.
