I use to really enjoy banking Oklahoma Federal Credit Union. The tellers were very friendly and quick. I have been bringing my paychecks by every other wednesday for a year now.

My checks are dated for the following Friday.

I never knew this was an issue until a clerk told me she needed “permission” to deposit my check early.

She goes and gets a lady that was frankly, quite snippy.

She said that I must have had a new teller last time and that they have never allowed anyone to deposit a check early.

So my question is, did I have a new teller every other Wednesday for the past year? That is ridiculous.

I would’ve been happy if she had been a little more friendly about the inconvenience and just told me that she would allow it this once but that in the future they will not be able to.

Instead the lady in charge told me that “now you know, so don’t try to do this again.”

She said it like I was trying to scam them. After this encounter I will no longer be banking with them.

  1. GET A LOAN SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR SAKE

    After getting a few loans with this credit union i had a very bad experience with this credit union they refused to hear why i had gotten behind a few payments and hounded me via cell phone and through family members even after getting caught up that is when they put the collections people on me and even they said i was caught up but they closed our account and made it impossible to make any payments then made us fall behind so they could try to repo us what a bunch of immature people save your time dont bank here or get a loan here
