I will never use Number Crunchers again. We had been a faithful customer for 13 years and then they got too big to be personal anymore.
They use to sit with you and go over your yearly taxes and would call you with questions.
Well, that stopped. We asked not to email questions to us and to please call instead.
Well, that never happened. Two years in a row they lost our W2’s, they attached ours to someone else’s and their copy to ours and one year they lost our copy.
It was found in someone else’s file…it took them awhile to find it.
One year we took our college daughters taxes to them and they charge us a crazy price to do her return when the federal government doesn’t charge anything for college students.
