This HM lady contacted me saying; my medical card is still active! We set an appt. After a month of waiting.
Went North Marks Medical Clinic and one of their receptionist said “oh we did not call you but one of our office on Kings canyon contacted you.
Your medical is not active. If I want to be seen it will cost me $35.” -.- wasted my time and gas.
When I returned their call, one of the lady there did not know how to provide any good customer service.
She answered the phone as if it was her own personal cell phone. (But whatever. I’m done wasting gas for this clinic). Wish I can give them no stars.
