This was not what I expected. The facial said 1.5 hours and I was done in an hour. When I asked about the extra time, Molly just waved her hands and said “oh, that includes checking in”. There was nothing extraordinary about the facial and my skin broke out in a few places the day after.

Not so good experience in booking for my facial care here in Nicole. I don’t know if what the receptionist have done. It wasn’t clear when she arrange an appointment. My friends got a very good experience here in Nicole and of course I do really want to try.
But not my luck when I came there and being excited for my turn but only to find out that my booking wasn’t in the record. That was awful for me I don’t have another time because I have to go back in LA for the next day. Everyone were so busy in making their stuffs.
I hope you fix this soon. Molly was just terrible
I went to Molly for a facial and bikini wax. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. First of all, she double dipped on my brazilian and then she gave me a 45 minute facial and said check in counted as part of the facial. Also, her BO was horrible. 🙁 Sorry Nicole Burke,
I appreciated your services in the past- you really need to take a better look at who you are allowing to operate your business. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I could have gone to Orange on fillmore for the same price and a true spa day. I hope you fix this soon. Molly was just terrible
