The staff is rude
My husband and i waited 3 hours and didnt get seen bc we had to leave Nayles Medical Center. Someone in the parking lot asked if we knew a good pill mill.
Its in the ghetto. He gets all the medicaid rejects. We refuse to be one of his rejects. The staff is rude.
They cant seem to ever stock toilet paper in bathrooms which are gross.
Parking sucks bc they’re always full in such a small parking lot bc he packs patients into his schedule.
Dont expect to be seen for anything serious same day. Last appt i waited over 2 hours. DO NOT GO!
We have medicaid and found another doctor in a nice neighborhood who was able to get us in together as new patients the very next day!
Please do NOT go! It isnt worth it!
