NameCheap ReviewsScammer took 4 days to transfer a domain
Namecheap is a scam company.
Namecheap support staff are very unprofessional. They take more than 4 days to successfully transfer you a domain, and also they don’t inform you if there are any issues until you find it and contact them!
I contacted them every day and every time they say they are working on it; and that there is some type of problem.
Then when you request to talk to the manager they hold your phone and make your wait for 20 minutes.
Why they pretend like they are so busy?
Then he tell you same stuff again and again!
what they have replied to me is below.

NAMECHEAP.COM involved in SPAMMING and illegal activities
NAMECHEAP maintains business relations with criminal organisations and protects scammers and spammers, especially as it operates a subsidiary in Iceland to conceal WHOIS data. The company refuses to take action against the criminal clients and protects them. I strongly advise you not to register domains or book web hosting with this company, as you would be supporting their criminal activities.
