I bought the stretch shelves on January 26th. Now May no merchandise and no refund. Now they stopped responding to email. Do not buy anything from Facebook ads I found out the hard way.

An order #2218 dated 5th December 2018 for three wheeled electric scooter valued $95.90 deducted from my bank account is honoured with an auto-reply of tracking a stupid nonsense wait for 15 days & so & so Idiots Vulgars etc etc
On January 24, 2019 I purchase the “Stretchable Shelf”, and still have not received. I have sent numerous emails and the only thing I get back is an auto reply. This an example of the only decent reply:

My name is Adriana Ramirez. I purchase the “Stretchable Shelf” (White) on January 24, 2019. I purchase as a guest and not that I created and account. I paid with my credit card and transaction went through with no problem.
I have sent numerous email requesting a status of my order and the only thing I get is an AUTO-REPLY message.
I would like very much to have status of my purchase order.
On January 7, 2019 I did received an email from support stating the following: “Dear customer:
We have already obtained your order and related information, we will check the order information for you. Due to the huge number of customers who need to inquire, we will reply you as soon as possible within 2-3 business days, please be patient.
Have a nice day.
After this I haven’t received any status. I would appreciate one. Thank you in advance. Adriana Ramirez
So you can see that this a total SCAM, and one of the reasons that people are skeptical to order to unknown resellers.
