Munawar Lakdawala

I have been sexually exploited by partners and directors in PwC. These people are very influential and have threatened me. I am not alone and I have come to know other women employees who were exploited by the same people.

All this started when I joined the KP project in May 2015. Anand Rao (AR) was the Human Resources director, Ganesh Balachandran (GB) and Hari Krishna (HK) were the project directors,  Munawar Lakadawala (ML) was the onshore director and Hemant Ramachandra (HR) was the partner.

The onshore partner and director will visit SDC and set up one on one meetings with girls. GB and HK will ask us to go and meet them. In the one on one, they will talk about how our career will progress and onshore opportunities if we are committed and cooperate with these people.
In the evening there will be a project party with drinks and some of the women will be asked to stay at the rooms with HK, GB, ML, AR and HR.
I was forced to stay with ML several times, in June 2015, on 8th dec 2015, 26th sep 2016, 7th dec 2017, 29th August 2018, 23rd May 2019. ML forced GB to apply US Visa and I got onshore opportunity, but in US it is a nightmare because now ML comes every week several times.
I was forced to travel to Mumbai with ML where I had to meet Ejaz lakdawala the gangster,  an ML acquaintance, he forces himself on me in the hotel.
. In Corona, I am only earning member of my family and my husband lost his job. I came on L1 so I can’t change my job. Now ML called and asking me several times to come to Marietta and Atlanta hotels.

I complaint earlier to Bangalore ethics team but nothing happened, no action was taken on ML and HR Anyone who opposes these powerful people their job is destroyed.. GB, AR, HR left the company.
I am married and with kids now.  My husband is getting suspicious. I need help to get out of this exploitation.
