Terrible costomer service by Mozart Moving Company
I called Mozart Moving Company to request an information about self storage unit option.
Representative picked up my phone call and the man one who answered my call was outrageously a rude person. Definitely smelled drunk as he even don’t know why he was siting there.
He was very short with me as if my call was a huge inconvenience to him to answer some of my question, I was very pretty sure about what I needed to be get moving but he a very short reply by their staff member.
When I asked “How much you charge to move from one location to another location with 5 mile of distance”. He replied “no availability”
Again “When Representative questioned me what dates I was looking into him, I told him, and he did take any time to look up availability for the XXXX dates.
Instead, Representative immediately said there was “no available” (Pathetic man), without even checking.
Eventfully a Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this Boston based moving company at all.
