Miranda Real Estate Group

Never ever seek help from Miranda real estate group. These guys

I wanted to sell my house, and that is when I bumped into the Miranda Real Estate Group website. They have got contact details on their website. However, I filled out the contact form instead of reaching out to them directly. The state asked me to fill in the details of the house that I wanted to sell with information like the number of rooms, location, and more.

With all the correct details, I submitted the form. It said it would share the cost assessment of the house via email. So, I shared my email address as well. After a few days, I received the report with the cost of my house according to their assessment. While it seemed slightly more than expected, I was eager to understand more.

So, I called these people to understand how a house that was quite old and located a little outside the city could cost that much. They scheduled the appointment with an agent and said they would visit the house for further detailing of the cost. The guy on the phone also told me that the visit did not significantly change the prior assessment’s result. I must expect a slight variation from the mentioned cost.

I was excited as I had never thought of getting such profit for my house. But as they say, everything that glitter is not gold. And Miranda Real Estate Group is the perfect example of that statement. Their website looks legit, with beautiful houses posted for auction and selling. However, that is all a lie.

These guys have no experience helping homeowners sell houses at the correct cost. They mislead sellers by telling beautiful stories and setting infeasible expectations. They sent me an email saying they would contact me after finding the right buyer. Once I paid the signing amount, they ghosted me for three months.

When I tried to reach them, they would decline my calls and send messages saying that I must be patient if I wanted the right amount for my house. It led to so much confusion. Finally, they called me after three months with a prospective buyer and told me that the man wanted to check my house.

After the formalities, they called me up with the final quote from the buyer. It was too less than the price they had promised me before. When I voiced my opinion, they said there are always differences in the buyers’ quotes from the assessed fee. But it was too much, almost half the price they initially suggested.

I could not stop my anger and disconnected the call. After realizing I had already paid a considerable amount to the agent, I knew I had to find another way. So, I rejected the proposal and asked them to contact me only after they had good deals for the house.

Without giving any attention to my needs, they kept sending proposals that were close to my expected price. And I knew that they had lied about the assessment. Also, they are expensive. I would have never contacted them if I knew they were lying.

It was only the assessment cost that impacted my decision. Previously, I had spoken to a few agents, and they were charging much less than Miranda Real Estate Group. These guys are liars, and they can go to any lengths to earn money.

It has been around a year, and I have not been able to contact another agent since their terms started so. Soon, the contract will end, and I will bend and see who will get the correct answers and genuine buyers.

I did lose the contract signing amount, though. And they won’t refund me that amount anyway. I did speak to the person in charge of the same, and he denied my request pointing me to the contract terms I signed. What a rip-off!

Please do not contact this firm for selling or buying homes. These people are scammers and nothing else. Calling themselves real estate agents is just a pretense.
