Fictional Complaint
The subject complaint language as crafted is libel as it contains false assertions and misrepresentations. TDI’s own audit identified a single honest mistake of law. TDI also concluded that no clients were overcharged and many were undercharged. If one takes the time to read the agreed order they will discern that there was no harm done to the public, policyholders, or insurance companies.
