Mike Bjorkman is a Los Angeles real estate agent detained in 2012 for two charges of sexual assault. A warrant was issued for Mike Bjorkman in Clark County; Mike Bjorkman is a real estate broker. He primarily operates from Santa Clarita, California.
Police reports show that Mike has been a victim of sexual assault for several years. However, the most recent accusations occurred in August 2020 in Las Vegas. An accused victim reported to police that someone drank her while at an event for work in Las Vegas.
The following day, she woke up alone in the hotel room. In talking with her colleagues, she discovered that she wasn’t alone and was drowsy and sexually assaulted during the occasion. She also told authorities that she had only remembered feeling sick after a meal.
The alleged victim came across two females (apart from the person who attended her party). One had been through similar circumstances in Hawaii, and the other had to deal with the same issue in Mexico. After speaking to several attendees at the event, the victims allegedly determined that Mike Bjorkman may be responsible.
Furthermore, once the police received the information from the suspected victim and began receiving numerous calls from others who said they were in similar situations as Mike Bjorkman.
The police report mentions several calls with victims. They all share how Mike Bjorkman admitted to sexually assaulting them after taking drugs. In addition, they’ve all been in this position during a real estate transaction.
The victims informed the police they believed Mike had taken GHB (a date drug used for rape) to extort them. Later, the authorities detained the man, and he was detained in Florida. After his incident, Mike Bjorkman posted a $100,000 bail. He was then freed from Miami-Dade county jail. The allegations against Mike were thrown out.
The lawyer for his client, David Chesnoff, had custody of his passport under his release conditions. The authorities haven’t provided further details regarding the incident or the claims.
Although the court has dismissed all charges against Mike, the allegations and the number of victims are frightening. Mike is promoting himself as a real estate professional who can help people make the right choices when buying properties. He also hosts his podcast, Team Bjorkman podcast.
