This dealer wanted to charge me

I bought the car of a legend time dream from Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham dealer. I bought it new. My Mercedes was a 2006. It only had about 56 thousand miles on it.

I did every maintenance thing that was needed. It was considered to be in pristine shape.

The only thing is the drive chain broke. The drive chain should last for 100k.

This dealer wanted to charge me $9500 for a refurbished motor or they gave me a choice  to do work for $3950 and charge me for every part it may need.

Mercedes did nothing. I believe in second chances and called one of there salesman wanting to buy a 3 series.

He quoted me price 16 k more that what their webs had. That is when we were done with Mercedes.

My dream became a nightmare that day.

In addition there was an airbag recall that they never managed to replace even though I called several times.

Sorry Mercedes but I see you owe me the $9500 and the cost of an airbag

    Crown Automobile IS THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE! I REPEAT! DO NOT GO THERE! I have never seen worse customer service in my life, for starters! A lady by the name of Diane, is awful, she treated us like dirt! By saying that I’m being modest.

    They have painted a black shadow over themselves, by not taking quality care of us as a potential customer. We put out car on Monday, they failed to diagnose it AT ALL! We DID NOT get ANY positive feedback from them at all! The car sat there for 4 day UNTOUCHED! They are LAZY, UNQUALIFIED, DISRESPECTFUL, and THIEVES! Yes, thieves. After 4 days of NOTHING,

    we towed it to Mercedes Doctor, and after it arrived, the wonderful people at Mercedes Doctor, called and told us we were missing a part! And that the last people who looked at it must have it!

    We could not believe our ears! So after 4 days of no diagnosis, and the worst customer service, we get it out of there, with a stollen part! We called Crown Automobile to confirm about the missing part, and low and behold!

    Horrible service. I tried to make an appointment several weeks ago regarding a defect with my car, the gas tank to be exact, that is supposed to now be repaired and covered by Mercedes indefinitely. Spoke with the service department and no one has even bothered to reach back out to contact me. They wonder why people take their cars elsewhere to be serviced.
