Do you have a newborn you need to keep noise from?

Requested a consultation for soundproofing and insulation.

I’ll let Lee F’s reply speak for itself. Bizarrely hostile response to a potential customer. Copied and pasted his email reply below:

3 Reviews on Master’s Construction

  1. Kurt has been so good

I’ll keep it short and just say – Kurt has been so good, I couldn’t say enough. If you need some help around the house – give these guys a call!

  2. I would highly recommend Master construction to others and would use them again in the future.

My husband and, who live in N.J., own a condo in Arlington VA. We decided to sell the condo and needed to have some renovations done. An internet search provided me with a company named Master Construction.

Upon visiting the website I discovered numerous customer reviews along with their contact information for verification. The reviews were all very positive and the customers allowed pictures of the progress of their renovations.

The head of the company, Lee Faust, was easy to get in touch with and also very pleasant to deal with. He did a very professional job with plastering, painting, and especially tiling and did numerous other projects in our condo involving plumbing, electrical work and designing.

Lee also did our entire reno without us on site. He was responsible and trustworthy and tackled whatever problems arose. He even came back, without hesitation, to help with other issues that were not in our original contract. I would highly recommend Master construction to others and would use them again in the future.

  3. We highly, highly recommend this company.

We had some drywall damage in our condo and used Masters Construction for repair work on it. They were everything you always hoped for in a contractor but rarely get. The owner of Masters Construction was extremely responsive in phone calls, e-mails, bidding, billing and, most importantly, in the work.

He took a look at the damage, made a fair bid and completed the repairs to glowing reviews from our tenants, all quickly. We found his site online and saw all the great reviews of his professionalism and work, it all proved to be exactly right. We highly, highly recommend this company.
