I went to do my taxes on 01/19/2018 and I juts realized they charged me 30% more for a service I have had been receiving for the last 4-5 years.

I did not discuss the price due to “the trust” I had build with these people. My ex-husband has been doing the taxes with them for many many years.

When I called to ask why the person mentioned he had discussed the price with me,which did not happen because I handed him my debit card.

Then he went on saying that since last year they had “increased their prices” which was a total lie.

When I mentioned that an increase of 30% seemed abusive to me he said “they are privileged because they can raise their prices however they want”.

NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I always told my friends and family to go and do their taxes there but not anymore.
