The Marco Polo security are useless morons. They bug residents and sit on their fat lazy asses instead of providing security for the building.

Multiple cars got broken into at the parking garage on 6/25/13 and not a thing is being done to catch the crooks or warn other residents.

  1. I cannot recommend Marco Polo anymore.

    I feel the need to express my disappointment with Marco Polo. My family had been going there for 16 years, and we no longer want to spend our money there. While the food is good and the wait staff excellent, the management clearly does not give a damn if you’ve had a good experience or not. I ordered the special that night. We received our salads before the appetizer, which is not standard practice, and frankly, sloppy.

    After we had eaten the salads and the appetizers, the waitress let’s us know that the special was no longer available. Well, I was happy to order another dish that I had ordered many times. When it came, it was clearly not the same. I expressed my deep disappointment, but the management did not give an inch. In fact, he told us why it had always been that way and that they would do nothing to ease our disappointment. It’s a long story, really. But the result was that we left furious and they charged us for the side salad that had come “free” with the entree that was sold out!!

    Never did they say ANYTHING to make us feel like welcomed customers. I’ve never experienced that in a restaurant before. And they know we have been coming for years and never complained. I cannot recommend Marco Polo anymore.

  2. residents essentially ignored us.

    i have frequented this wonderful residents for years but was sorely disappointed on a recent visit. The waitress was completely disinterested because two of us wanted to share a dinner (the portions are large). The bread basket came, and the bread was COLD.

    The residents insisted that the bread was fine and had been under a warmer. Food was good when it finally came – but again was not hot. residents essentially ignored us.
